We are happy to announce that we just installed a new Diedrich IR-12 Roaster, in our newly designed Roastery! We unveiled it this weekend at our Roastery Open House, with behind-the-scenes sneak peeks of the roaster.
Our goal for this new roasting space is not only for it to be a functioning, efficient workspace.... but an area that will also double as a cupping lab and an area that will hold our coffee classes!
