Coffee, cocoa, chai and cider
If something isn't right, we want to know. Email hello@firesidecoffee.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice. Because these are food products, there's no need to mail anything back.
Mugs, brewing equipment and merchandise
Return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, for a full refund of the item price. Email hello@firesidecoffee.com to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email hello@firesidecoffee.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Nothing needs to come back.
Subscriptions
Skip a delivery, swap flavors, or stop altogether, any time, from your account.
